It's easy to use, has all the features I'm looking for, and it's absolutely free! It's easy enough for most people, but advanced enough that it can be used by anyone in any situation. The only thing I dislike about this application is its lack of customization options. If you're looking for something simple to send short quick messages, this is great. You can send short messages, images, videos, etc. all without worrying that anything you've said will come back to haunt you later. I also like how it's free, easy to use, and has a lot of different options. This is perfect if you don't know what is perfect for your business. We used it in our business so we could communicate directly with clients as well as other members of the team.
