My husband has Alzheimer's and hardly remembers anything. During our 41-year marriage, he only wore short-sleeved shirts with pockets. Now that he's cold most of the time I bought 2 long sleeve pocket t shirts to see if he would wear them at all. He loves her. They are very soft after washing and still look great. His other shirts were large, but at only $10 I figured I should get the X Large. It was a good choice. I don't think they're broken in, but they suit him very well. Now he has 4 shirts and we are both more comfortable, he stays warm and I'm not that hot. They cost money!
