Review on Zhiyun Transmount Quick Setup Kit: Effortless Mounting for Zhiyun Crane 3 Lab (2 Pack) by Henry Johnston

A great product idea, but one of the two quick-releases always gets stuck (see picture) and is very annoying when you want to be on the move quickly. Seems to defeat the purpose of the quick release mount. The top one is stuck. The one below works as advertised. Is it possible to somehow replace the defective device with a fully functional one?
