Review on Sheepdog by Hector Smith

The support team is very helpful in resolving issues with our implementation. They are always willing to offer assistance or point us towards other resources online that could help solve an issue we were having. We have had nothing but great experiences so far! I think it's because they're such passionate people about what they do. Nothing really stands out as anything that would make me dislike them (except maybe their office space). Our business has been using sheepdog since July 2017. Since then we've never encountered any technical problems. Their pricing model makes sense from both a customer perspective as well as an internal IT department perspective.
