I like that it works with our existing software (SAP) as well has Salesforce which makes things easier when integrating both systems together! There are some features we would love but don't have yet implemented such as email reminders or alerts in case of issues etc., however this isn’t really an issue since they provide support all year round via phone call/email so there's no need at least not currently anyway :) We've been able use SFDC data into SAP using their API integration tool - very easy once you get used how its done; also helps us implement new functionality quicker than if only working off paper documentation alone!
