It’s easy to use, has all the necessary features and it also is really responsive! There is nothing bad about this software when compared with similar products from other companies. I think there should be more options for integrating custom fields into reports. In some cases, there are too many fields that could be displayed in an aggregated view, but still require detailed information so they have to remain separate. Cerasis makes it possible to manage your freight shipments quickly and effectively using its advanced shipment tracking system.This saves time for both us as customers and our carriers. I like that they have all of my products listed with links to purchase, so it's super easy for me as an importer! Even though this product was created by us (Cerasis), their customer support has been great. They are always very helpful when needed. Sometimes there can be delays from time to time but we've had no issues since using them. It makes tracking shipments much easier than having to do everything myself manually or through another software program.
