Not bouncing for balls
I ordered these in school bags. They hardly bounce. So calling them bouncy balls is a bit of an exaggeration. Very disappointed but I should have known better and tested them when I got them a while ago. Also in my container were about 10 bullets that were "eyeballs". Not really suitable for a birthday.
