It has been 2 months and I have not received my items. I received the wrong mannequin (old man) in February. since I tried to contact the seller to get the right batch. He/she doesn't seem to care. I've had several attempts with no result and now Amazon is involved. It was hard because I didn't plan any classes because of it. i'm just waiting I will update! I've never experienced that at Amazon. I place a large order and spend a lot of money and I feel neglected. This reduces my trust in Amazon and especially in b/p medical products. I don't know if I will ever spend that much money on Amazon or b/p medical supplies again! I am extremely disappointed.
