We bought this item for an event, we were afraid it would arrive later but it arrived much earlier than expected! When it arrived it was very different from the photos (the first one), in person it was cream rather than brown. It is definitely a hoax from what is shown in the photo. It basically looks like a photo of a mannequin, but my letters and numbers were darker in person. I'll think about returning it, but I'm not sure yet. I ordered size S and was afraid it would be too big because I wanted a size larger, so I emailed the seller and he responded quickly. He was great to me. They were very helpful.
