You definitely want to go up a size. I usually wear a size 20 for a suit and a size 16/18 for clothes. I have a 4xl and it fits great. I love the mesh skirt and uneven hem. I wear 38dd/ddd and the upper gives me enough support but I don't need a lot of support.
