I love weight tracking!

I'm sure I'm not alone in this, but the last few months of COVID have made me realize something, and one of those things was that you can't just eat whatever you want. through quarantine. So I embarked on the insidious path of losing weight! Not only did I need to start eating better and exercising, I also needed to know exactly what progress I was making. I had an old scale that I had worn since college. Then they were not of high quality and aged poorly. You often almost had to sneak up on the old set, activate them, and practically jump on them before the screen went dark again. Trying to lose weight is exhausting enough if you don't spend five minutes a day hitting the scales in 10 seconds. I decided it was time to get rid of this miserable device. I stumbled upon this scale while looking for a new set. I was very happy to see the possibility of pairing with the phone. Not only does the app give you more information than just your base weight, but it also tracks your progress, or lack thereof. It was exactly what I wanted; I could skip the body fat percentage, but hey, it's a process, right? Downloading the app and setting up the scale was a breeze, and you don't need to pair the scale to your phone if you don't want to, it works great as a standalone scale. I also like that more than one person (up to 10) can use this and track their progress. The app also offers a ton of other information like BMI as well as fluid content, bone mass, visceral fat, muscle and protein content. No conventional scale offers you all of this! I would highly recommend this scale to anyone who wants their health to progress in the right direction, now is the time to start!
