Size is normal, feels solid, comfortable to wear for many hours. The quality of the lens is high and the hard case is very handy. All in all I can only recommend it. I work in a hospital and our new ward has super bright 6500k fluorescent lights. These glasses significantly reduce eye strain. They also look professional enough that I can wear them to work without looking like a hippie on fire. They let in a SMALL blue light, which I really like. They don't distort colors so much that I have to take them off to view or read them. But they may be too orange to drive, your results may vary. Def costs $30
