If you're deciding if the Alpha S is worth spending ~10k on, my answer is probably yes, they're worth it. Especially if you have a normal sound card. I have a zvukovuha, and I can responsibly declare that they sound much better with a sound card than with a complete one. You can of course use the complete one, the headphones will also sound good. However, not bad is not good. You need to understand that if you like to tweak the equalizer, as I do, adjust the sound to suit you, make several presets for games and music, forget it, standard software does not provide such an opportunity. It is better to pay extra and buy Logitech G PRO X. There software gives such an opportunity. The microphone with the complete sound system does not sound at 10k from the word at all. On the other hand, should you listen to yourself? Let your interlocutors suffer. Of course, I'm exaggerating a little, but only a little) And a couple more points. If you're choosing between Alpha S and Alpha, go for Alpha S. Although they don't seem to be any different, they only seem to. The sound of the Alpha S is noticeably better. If you don't have a sane sound card, you might want to consider the Logitech G PRO X.
