Remove the protective film!
After unboxing my frames I was so disappointed at how scratched and tarnished they were (as noted in every bad review). I contacted support and they responded very quickly and politely. In recent months they have changed the packaging to cover each frame with a protective film. All you have to do is find the edge, fold it back, and reveal a perfectly crisp, unblemished frame!
