This XBottle has a comfortable fit and the strap is easy to adjust. My XBottle stays cold for about 4 hours which is fine. You can simply keep it cold much longer by packing lots of ice. And ICE only replaces as much water as it uses, so no problem. This is exactly the amount of water I need for my daily intake!
