Review on 🎒 SwissGear Scansmart Laptop Backpack: Sleek and Practical Black/Black Design, 19-Inch by Jordan Gonzales

I received this item on 09/02/2017. I'm a full-time biology student and wanted a backpack that could carry heavy textbooks when I wanted to carry them - which I often don't do for my back! After reading some reviews I decided to do it. It was very aesthetic. However, after the backpack had enough for 6 months, the zipper seam started to unravel. I am so disappointed in the fact that I spent $60 on a good quality backpack only for it to fail. I usually carry (2) five-star 5-part notepads, a folder, a calculator, and a few stationery items at a time—just to give you an idea of how heavy my backpack will be. Not too hard! Sometimes I had to take a textbook with me in addition to these things, but that wasn't often the case. I'd rather carry one of those monstrous books than carry it on my back all day. All this indicates that I am very surprised at the low quality of this product. When I first contacted Group III International, which processes backpack claims, I had to wait 17 minutes! I called back and someone answered right away. Luckily the representative was helpful and sent me a list of requirements to process my warranty which comes with the product and is limited to 3 years. I sent them everything and will update their answer to the question. Finally, in my final shot, it should show how the seam on the other side of the bag looks like it's coming undone. So embarrassing!
