This docking station is fantastic! It's so small I can literally take it anywhere. I got it today and wasn't entirely sure if it would work as well as the one that came with my Switch, but it works. I used the power adapter that came with the dock. Please understand that if you don't have a 15V switch adapter, 1080p won't work. The cool thing is that it accepts input and it's easy to buy an aftermarket power supply.
