Sorry tempur pedic have changed the material of their products. I have the original symphonic cushion, I weighed it and it weighs over 5 pounds, this one weighs about 2.7 pounds. You can already tell that the foam material is different when you hold it in your hand. The original material they used is no longer used in their products, they used cheaper "cloud" foam. This new version was recently changed and apparently older versions were available on the BBB. This new version is very soft and does not offer support like the previous version of this pillow. Obviously the company was bought out or decided to go cheap to make more money off its products. I hope enough people understand and complain to be forced to go back to their better quality foam. This is really really bad because I had to replace the original pillow once, sometimes twice a year and I can't buy the same pillow anymore. That means I have to look for a new brand/pillow and am not happy with it.
