Review on Tecsun PL-380 Black: Cutting-Edge Radio Receiver for Ultimate Listening Experience by Petar Peshev ᠌

A good product, I advise you to try it.

The stereo shuts off when it reaches a particular volume, which means that, on the one hand, it appears to be convenient because it does not produce any noise; however, on the other hand, it does not permit you to determine whether it is at all at a weak station. Sadly, this is a characteristic of the digital tuner that cannot be changed. I examine things from the perspective of a radio amateur with a combined 28 years of experience. Over the course of the past four years, I've been making use of this apparatus. Various advantages: Compact. Superior selectivity with regard to FM. Charging through a standard MINI-USB port. Reliability. Long shelf life of the battery. Display that is easily readable. Not in conditional parrots, but rather in dB: the signal indicator. Workmanship of the highest grade. Its cons: The most significant disadvantage is that it does not support single sideband (SSB), which prevents it from being utilized to its full potential for radio observations on HF. On FM or MW-HF, the DSP tuner does not respond well to a sudden change in the signal. This is true for both bands. Croaked out in its expression. Does not catch CB. There is no output for a separate antenna to be connected.
