UPDATE: Had to come back here to report on the job done. This little sweatshirt changed our Dixie's life! We used it quite a bit for about six weeks. We live in South Florida and severe thunderstorms are almost daily during the summer. Dixie is a 4 year old Chihuahua/Border Collie mix.
