Bought the cable on January 16th. A day or two came, now July 26th, and the cable barely works. I have to move the cables a bit to charge it with my 3DS. I have a new 3DS XL and it's doing the exact same thing leading me to believe the cable is starting to die. It dies like old headphones when you have to wiggle the cable near the base to get sound, just like I have to wiggle the cable to charge this cable. I give it 1 star for its short lifespan, but for the price it worked well and served me well the other months. I wouldn't buy this again.
