I used Techstream to program this key into my Lexus rx450h. Using Techstream is so easy you can buy the cable on ebay. I programmed the key in less than 2 minutes. I still need a spare cut, but that's about it. may cost extra 20-30 for it. After a few days I don't get an undiscovered key. I have to put the key next to the start button to start the car. this happened several times. I order new batteries. If that doesn't help, I'll return the piece of junk. This key is absolute garbage. it works sometimes. I have to put the key next to the start button and press it to get it working again. I have to keep it because I don't want to risk resetting the smart keys on my system since I'm not sure I have a master primary key.
