Quality seems good. The mirror arrived undamaged suggesting the packaging was present. Master installed the mirror in no time. The only thing I don't like is that it only has one power button instead of two. Every time you turn on the mirror, the defrost function is automatically activated. Fortunately, everyone in my family knows how to turn off the light when not in use. I should have paid more attention to this small detail. It also needs to be installed an outlet which is good except it works 24/7 (lit). This leads me to believe that I am always paying for electricity instead of having a switch that actually turns it off (not on) when not in use. Again, I should have read more about the functionality of this mirror. I could go back, but now it's not worth it. It looks great and works great.
