I was a little nervous at first thinking it might bounce around and interfere with my runs! No rebound... actually I didn't even realize I was carrying water on my back. I ran 20 miles and it was just perfect! Cons: I wish the pockets were a little deeper and a little more... I see a lot of improvements and there is room to add two more pockets. Overall it's great for long runs.
