So I bought the helmet and ended up sending it back because it fit my head like that. Judging by the people I work with, I can say that I'm an ordinary American. 6 feet 3,250 pounds. The design of the helmet appears to be for a person of small stature. Overall I would have liked this helmet but I believe it was made for people with smaller physiques. Aside from the helmet, the Kong gear is great!
