Below was my first review and now months later I'm sorry to say that I have returned this product at least 3 times in just a few months. Normally it didn't bother me that much, but this humidifier was so expensive. Dyson makes returns easy with free shipping. But I return it without moisturizer every time and then send it back from Dyson for a very long time. Unfortunately, my last device also stopped working. I drain my block after each use and let it dry and also clean with citric acid. I just don't know why humidifiers break after a month of use. I still love clean tech, but it just doesn't last long. I've used other moisturizers that claim to be bacteria free but they weren't; Any day there will be rain and debris everywhere. However, the Dyson AM 10 runs very clean! I open it up every morning to let it air out and I never see any buildup or buildup due to the UV technology. I would like to know that I am actually breathing CLEAR mist! I just ordered citric acid for monthly cleaning and the cleaning instructions are very easy! The assembly of the device was also very easy. When I tried to use it for the first time, it wouldn't turn on. I called Dyson, they helped straight away, it was a quick fix in 5 seconds. All I had to hear was a click as I attached the oval top to the base. I have already recommended AM 10 to my friend for her little one who has sinus problems.
