They were easy to install and to make an electrical connection it was enough to strip the insulation off the wires about 1/4 inch and slide the ends of the wires from the back until they were under the metal contacts. Be sure to mount the slot face down to prevent rain ingress. All in all just right for my application with a simple structure and good quality and no visible fasteners.
