I wasn't quite sure if I needed to go up a size, but I wanted to try and see if that helped things along without spending much money. The Nenesupply parts fit perfectly on my Medals pump, the suction is great, and everything worked out well. The material feels "cheaper" than the manufacturer parts that came with my pump, but that doesn't interfere with function. I was also surprised it was all one piece where the flange would normally come apart for cleaning, but it's likely less expensive to produce that way is my guess. Overall a good, comparable product for less.
