I have been buying Brightroad headlights and taillights for quite some time. I have a set on each my family's bikes. The light is bright and can be seen from far away. The price is also excellent and the product is well built.The only complaint I have is that if you clip it onto your saddlebag the light is prone to fall off if you hit a big bump. I used my brand new taillight this morning and when I got back the light was gone. After one ride and I was out almost $20.Update on 07/22/2020:I contacted Brightroad regarding my problem and they offered to replace my lost taillight. I am updating my review to reflect their excellent customer service.Update on 07/27/2020:Just received my replacement this morning. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service. I highly recommend this product for the low price, great features and wonderful customer service.
