Paint bleeds on surfaces when wet.

When parts come into contact, the paint will bleed and bleed onto the surfaces it touches. There are a few stains on the countertops and countertops. Condensed cups placed near pieces of confetti will bleed out. If you use them to sprinkle on a table or other surface during a celebration, they should not discolour if anything damp or wet comes in contact with them.
