Review on 🔎 PROTAG Duet Bluetooth Tracker - Black (Retail Packaging) by Jason Rodman

I am very dissatisfied with the product. The alarm will sound when the phone and tags are less than 60cm apart (e.g. during prayer in church). Customer support doesn't seem to be there. I filled out their online form twice asking for help and heard nothing after waiting: 3 weeks for the first request and a week for the second request. At the moment the system is in full failure mode, apparently the tags have decoupled. There is no user manual, blog or user forum. I suspect I'll have to remove the devices from the phone and pair them again (Bluetooth pairing), but without manual or online instructions I'm just guessing. After all, when they work, the Duet alarm clock is so quiet that normal car noise completely drowns out the sound. So when the alarm goes off in the day (the woman left her phone here in the kitchen), the day is inaudible since her boyfriend picked her up in her car. that nasty false alarms happen so often that when the system "worked" I kept my phone and keys close together very carefully, which helped me not to forget any of them.
