If you're here to get these nappies it's most likely because you want greener and 'cleaner' nappies so I don't have to state the obvious about how these diapers are better for the environment. I'll talk about other things. I was excited to try them and after reading the size is slightly different I appreciated it. I have 5 which is the largest size they offer at the moment. With most other brands (Huggies, Pampers etc) my child is currently a size 3 or 4. I would go for 6 because a child can always grow and not the other way around. While my child can fit a size 5 I would say it barely fits him. The bottom is ok but it's the waist that prevents a good fit. These tongues are too small and have almost no stretch, so they were pretty tight at the waist, but they fitted his butt perfectly. Also with other brands I like to wear the tabs loose because I think it will be uncomfortable for the baby if the tabs are too tight, although it is a way to prevent leakage. I just don't like opening the diaper and seeing red marks on the baby's skin, so I always tape them loosely. I tried this one but there was barely enough room for the tabs to glue. My child is not a big child, in fact he is in the bottom percentile in terms of weight and height. What I liked: - wetness indicator lines - the word "I believe" on the front of the diaper makes it easy to tell the front and back of the diaper apart - very soft - smells "clean", no chemical smells - the charitable aspect of this brand. They seem to be great nappies and we will try to use them until we can't anymore because I really hate wasting nappies. I definitely don't throw them away as I don't believe in wasting things that are perfectly fine, especially knowing how long diapers take to decompose. I hope the size gets corrected because these diapers have so much potential. If your child is still wearing a newborn size 1 or 2, you still have the option to try them on - just wear a size 2 or larger. He's also starting to cramp up a little. I'm hoping to get a chance to try the new and improved version of these diapers as I would have happily given those 5 stars if it wasn't for the fit.
