I've been wearing 10W shoes since school. I still have some old 10W shoes in my closet that still fit. This 10 watt shoe is at least 2 sizes too small. I don't know why the shoe sizes have changed. I can only imagine the cost of handling returned shoes as they are too small. The sole of the shoe is not leather but some kind of composite material. It looks like the seams unravel where the fingers bend.
