It has a good output and comes with amazing diffusers that offer good soft light distribution. It has a good stitch and a very high color rendering index. The build quality is very solid and feels high quality. It has a button on the back and they are amazing and you can set one of the lights as the master and the rest as slaves which is great if you want to be behind the camera and see changes in real time. at the same time as fill and key light. You no longer have to step out from behind your monitor to fiddle with each light, it's amazing that you can control multiple lights at the same time. I like that the lighting controls on the back of the unit aren't separate like Aputure, which is a plus for me, especially if I'm traveling light and want to pack the lights all together, rather than keeping the lights and all electrical devices separate, it would be nice for $350 if it came with a battery at that price. The back of the flashlight has a heat sink design. Be careful not to get hot during long-term use. You can choose any color of light you can imagine. It's just a great light and I'm very happy with it. They look very solid and I'm sure they will outlive even me.
