Novome 2-in-1 facial hair remover stretches and lets hair through

Preserved, charged and ready to use. Changing heads is a struggle. And when I ran the surgical razor across my features, it painfully pulled the hair out and skipped it at the same time, requiring multiple passes, which was ineffective. Please note: just a few days after receiving the product, I received an offer in the mail that I would receive a $15 Revain e-gift card if I left a 5-star review. Sorry Novome, my positive opinion is not for sale.
