Works great with cats
My special needs cat tends to get fed up hiding during the day. she is blind during the day and only comes out after sunset and when there is no disturbance in the house. When she was full, she would roll over and throw up most of her food. By adding probiotics first, we significantly reduced the number of cases by adding a slow feeder and the events went away. Girls like it as a topper, so the taste must be good! My other girl with homemade long hair hasn't had a single hairball or stomach upset since starting to use it.
