It was great for me.

I get defiantly nervous when I think about things. It was great to only have one finger, and then when I stopped typing or just sat there thinking about something, I would rotate the sun. Even my husband took one and played around with it. He has ADHD and it was a great tool to help him focus while he was thinking.
