Not as fluffy as my other one

I was going to order another dog bed for my dog but when I clicked on the link they were no longer available. So I found this one and based on the highly rated reviews and description I thought it was the closest in size to its other. The first size I bought was a 30 inch, not sure what size it is. My Boston Terrier is larger than average and weighs around 27-30 pounds. Judging by the photo, it practically occupies the entire bed. His other bed is about 3-4 inches larger. But it fits, so I'm not worried. I have two problems with the bed. Firstly, in my opinion, the proportion of down in bed linen is too low. Compared to his other bed, when he lies down, when his bed is on the bare wooden floor, I can hear his elbows hitting the floor. Ouch! So I figured no problem, I'll just add more fluff that I already have on hand. but. This brings me to my main problem. No zipper to take off the lining! His other bed has a zipper, which is great because I can wash the outer fur lining and I don't ruin the fill or shape. But in this one I have to put the whole bed in the washing machine and I'm afraid it will fall apart after a few washes. The bedding isn't that thick either. The outer fur isn't as plush as my other one. This is a more difficult job. I'm considering sending it back. For $50+ this should be better quality. I honestly don't recommend this. They are all sold for the same price here at Revain so I would look for one with a zip so the cushions can be removed to wash the outer fur. Be aware that there are dog beds that are made a lot better than this one. Pretty disappointing.
