Not what I expected

I wanted size 12x 16 and ordered gray and I think they automatically resized it to 16x20 without my knowledge. The suitcases looked fine before washing, with a zipper that seems fine, but they came out of the dryer with a few creases and are a lot stiffer than my other small travel suitcases. The gray is also a very dark anthracite, darker than it appears in the picture. The fabric is rated 400 but it's not soft compared to other types of cotton, at least on the stuff I've bought.
