First impression: It's more flexible than the pictures show. It hasn't been vacuumed in a few days, but it still looks soft, wobbly and not as sturdy as the photos. I put it without a cushion to see if my cats would be happy to sit in it as they like it. Boxes and covered things to bury. One of them must have thought it was a new tray because she left some kind of present for us inside. I'm still trying to get the cats to sit in it, I put it on the couch with a pillow to make it look like a cozy place to sit and close to the human family. There is no cat jury yet.
