These lights DO NOT FLASH. THEY ARE ON OR FLASHING > MAJOR DIFFERENCE

I bought these bulbs for a modest Christmas decoration. My wife is seriously ill and we have always loved the SHIMMER CHRISTMAS LIGHTS. I thought they would fit in his hospital room. Well, they do NOT flicker, they blink or stay still. Who is responsible for quality control? Someone out there needs to see that the products do what they are supposed to do. This is the 3rd time my purchase doesn't work as advertised and it's a TWINKLE word issue&gt;&gt;&gt; I have a Chinese DIL who was US educated and 100% agrees with me. your disadvantage.
