UPDATE: Seller offers product guarantee - upgraded rating from 2 to 3 stars - will report new product later I was really impressed when I first ordered it. Didn't know I got 2 cables even though I only needed 1 (they are 2 different adapters but not the same). The cord is also long, which is also a good thing. After a few weeks I thought my Roomba had eaten it as it was deactivated and torn to pieces. I ordered 1 more and intentionally insured my room so it wouldn't work in the area. Unfortunately, last night I encountered the same situation as before. Assuming it either got stuck in the charging port or just wasn't well designed to begin with. I wish they stayed together longer. it would be great otherwise
