After reading tons of reviews on this product and watching the video review and hearing how the company tried to tell them reviewer what to say in the review I was sceptical of the honesty of any review but because the price is decent and I could return if I need to I decided to give this shaper a try. I am 5' 6 1/2" and I weigh 195 so I was going back and forth with myself about which size to order but ultimately I purchased the large because the whole point of a shaper is to fit a little snug. I usually wear a large to XL depending on material and style. The large was a good fit for me and I a pleased with how it slimmed my waist and hid my back fat! I didn't think it would conceal my back fat is good as it did so I was pleasantly surprised and very pleased. The only thing I do not like about this shaper so far ( I just got it today) is that it really smooches and squishes my boob's, I'm not big chested to begin with I wear a B cup so I really can't afford for them to look any smaller so I definitely have to figure out how to get around this issue and still wear this shaper? I haven't tried the crotch snaps yet and my but doesn't seem to be lifted but it also isn't compressed and there is a tiny bit of my side- back fat bolging over the top but it's very little do not of concern for me. I didn't give 5 stars because it squishes your breasts and recommend anyone to anyone with bigger breasts to go a size up otherwise you'll get an instant breast reduction.This is a new edited review from the first one I did about a week ago. The first review was based on me just putting it on the day I got it and loving it but now that I've worn it for about a week there are some issues. So when I first put it on it was tight enough that it really held in everything and my back fat was just completely gone. After wearing it a few days it quickly stopped holding me in as well and it's still better than it was but it's not completely hiding the fat like it did the first couple days. The boob area is just way too tight so I literally had to cut holes out so that boobs were evident. The first couple of days the suite wasn't riding up but not I've never had more wedgies than I do when wearing this! It's super uncomfortable and very annoying. I gave it a three-star because it does holding your fat at least 80%, but the boob squishing and the riding up is a big big problem. I would have given a two and a half Stars if that was an option.
