The widespread acclaim may usually be traced back to the ears. I would wear them endlessly if it weren't for the fact that they've been damaged. The headphones worked perfectly with all the players and phones I tried them with. I intend to switch to Sennheiser PX100/200 headphones. To me, the cost is justified.
