Yummy! -- my new rating
My granddaughter wore it for her 3rd birthday. It's beautifully done! Size 4 was sold out so I took size 5 and it fit her. The skirt is very sheer with shorts underneath.
Pros
- It's more of a skirt than a tutu but that's what makes it so pretty. My little one has it closer to the knee.
Cons
- The skirt is too short and doesn't cover the entire bottom.
