It's quite user friendly - it helps me keep track of my employees as well as their time spent on different tasks. I can also set up reminders for them. Also, if they exceed their allocated time, I receive an alert so that I can check how much overtime they have worked. The only issue is with the interface sometimes - which makes it difficult to use. Make sure to go in depth before purchasing. Consider what you need from your software first. Then choose wisely. We are solving the problem of employee management.
