Works but colorful tubes crackle
I bought these to take power cords (laptop, phone etc) with me when travelling. Another one I use for Pilates/Yoga (less intrusive than lugging around my whole purse). Another I use at work to carry pens, a small notepad, a mouse, etc. to office meetings. They're large and the clear plastic feels solid, but the "shiny" part of the metal edge cracks and tarnishes fairly quickly. I don't mind, but it's something to consider whether you're giving them as a gift or want them to stay beautiful longer.
