Good design but poor quality

We have purchased this chair twice and have been disappointed both times. The first time it broke and wasn't stable. Next time, the tray handle that fits the slot broke in less than a week. The tray has never been dropped and a 6 month old baby is not strong enough to push it. The material (plastic) is very rough and doesn't feel durable. The chair looks great, is sturdy and secure but the external details such as the food tray and floor are of poor quality. In addition, the material of the seat is not very easy to care for. Especially the straps. If food gets stuck in the grooves, it will not come loose and will quickly become dirty.

Pros

✔ Easy to clean, precious moments disappear quickly, everyone counts! Gone are the days of wiping down your high chair after each use. It's easier to feed and clean with our removable tray. You simply open the handy tray and take it to the sink for thorough and convenient cleaning. In the meantime, your second tray is in the spotlight for everyday use.
