When we received it worked fine for about two days, but then it started causing severe screen flickering regardless of the output type (HDMI or DP) and after we checked that all software, bios, etc. are up to date . After doing some research, this is a common problem with this model. The supplied power adapter works, but is not from the same product family/year and has problems unplugging the cord and plug. While my cables are well hidden, this may be an issue for some. I ended up returning this even during the COVID-19 pandemic, the seller made it easy for me. This review is solely for the product and not my experience with the seller. The experience was great.
