I really like this hoop skirt! It's comfortable, lightweight, and the hoop rings are really flexible and durable. The waistband is stretchy and a comfortable fit. It's a nice breezy feeling when it's on! Even better, it was the perfect length for me, and everything is usually too long for me, so that was awesome. Alas, I have to return it because my wedding dress literally won't fit over such wide hoops. Something to keep in mind before buying.
